Do I need to already have WordPress or WooCommerce installed?
No — I handle the full setup from scratch. All you need is hosting and a domain. If you don't have those yet, message me and I'll recommend the best options for your budget and expected traffic. I'll take care of everything from WordPress installation onwards.
Will I be able to manage the store myself after you build it?
Absolutely — that's a core part of what I deliver. WooCommerce has a clean dashboard that's designed to be managed by non-technical store owners. I'll record a video walkthrough on delivery showing you exactly how to add products, process orders, run promotions and update content.
Can you match my existing brand, colors and logo?
Yes — send me your logo, brand colors and any inspiration (websites you like the look of) and I'll design the store to feel like a natural extension of your brand. If you don't have branding yet, I can work with what you have and suggest a clean, professional direction.
What if I have hundreds of products?
The Premium package includes up to 100 products. For larger catalogs, I can handle bulk imports via CSV — message me with your product count and I'll quote accordingly. I also set up categories, filters and search so customers can find what they need quickly even in large catalogs.
Which payment gateways do you support?
All major gateways — Stripe, PayPal, PayPal Payments Pro, Klarna, Afterpay, Square, Mollie, Razorpay and more. I configure, test and verify each gateway so you know payments are working before your store goes live. I also set up Stripe's card element for an embedded checkout experience.
Will my store work on mobile?
Every store I build is fully responsive — tested on iPhone, Android, tablet and desktop. I don't just rely on a theme being "mobile friendly" — I manually review and adjust every key page (homepage, product, cart, checkout) on mobile before delivery.
What happens after delivery — are you available if something breaks?
Standard and Premium packages include 7–14 days of post-launch support. If something breaks or doesn't work as expected, I fix it immediately. After the support period, I'm also available for ongoing maintenance — just message me and we'll arrange a support package.
