No. Google makes the final decision on every review. I find and fix every issue I can, clean the feed and prepare a proper review request. I will tell you upfront if your store is unlikely to pass.
What do you need from me to start?
A screenshot of your Merchant Center Diagnostics page, your store URL and platform (Shopify, BigCommerce or other), and collaborator or staff access once we start. You never need to share your password.
