What access do you need?
Usually just a wp-admin Administrator account. If wp-admin is unreachable (fatal error or white screen), I will need cPanel, FTP/SFTP or hosting panel access. Share credentials only via the Fiverr order page and revoke them as soon as I am done.
Will my site be at risk while you work?
No. I take a full file and database backup first, then reproduce and fix the issue on an isolated staging copy. Nothing touches your live site until the fix is verified. If anything unexpected happens, I restore the backup immediately at no charge.
What if the problem comes back after delivery?
Every package includes 7 days of post-delivery support. If the same issue reappears, I fix it free. You also receive a short report explaining the root cause so it can be prevented from happening again.
