Will my live store or existing orders be affected while you work?
No. I take a full store and database backup first and fix the issue on a staging copy, testing a real order end to end. Your live store keeps running and no orders, products or customer data are touched. If anything unexpected happens, I restore the backup at no charge.
What access do you need?
A wp-admin Administrator account is enough for most checkout and plugin issues. For payment gateway errors I may need read access to your Stripe/PayPal dashboard logs (test mode is fine), and for fatal errors cPanel or FTP. Share credentials only via the Fiverr order page and revoke them after deliv
What if the checkout problem comes back after delivery?
Every package includes 14 days of post-delivery support. If the same issue returns, for example after a WooCommerce or gateway plugin update, I fix it free. You also get a short root-cause report so you know which plugin or setting caused it and how to avoid it.
