Will my client know you exist?
No. No branding, no credit, no footer link, no contact with your client unless you ask me to join a call under your name. Deliverables arrive ready for you to hand over as your own work.
How do you communicate during a build?
A written update at the end of each working day, phrased so you can forward it to your client without editing. Staging link at each milestone. Response inside an hour during my working hours, which overlap Asia, EU, US, AU and NZ.
What if my client changes the scope mid build?
Tell me and I'll quote the change before doing it, so you can pass a firm number back to your client the same day. I don't absorb scope silently and then argue about it at delivery.
Can you work in our existing stack and conventions?
Yes. Tell me your builder, your plugin preferences, your naming conventions, or hand me a style guide and I'll follow it. If you have a boilerplate you build from, I'll use yours rather than mine.
Do you offer ongoing or retainer arrangements?
Yes, for agencies with steady overflow. Message me with your typical monthly volume and I'll quote reserved capacity. I'd suggest starting with one project first so we both know it works.
What happens if you're unavailable mid project?
You'll know before it becomes your problem. If something changes on my end I tell you immediately with a revised timeline, so you can manage your client rather than discovering it at deadline.
Who owns the code?
You do, on delivery. No licence restrictions, no dependency on me for maintenance, and Premium builds include handover documentation so your team can support the site without messaging me.
