Will I lose my tags and segments?
No. That's the whole point of this gig. Mailchimp tags, groups and segments map to Klaviyo lists, segments and profile properties. I rebuild that structure deliberately, then send you a verification report comparing counts before and after.
Will my emails go to spam after switching to Klaviyo?
Not if authentication is done first. Since 2024, Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft reject unauthenticated bulk senders. I set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain and run an inbox placement test before your first campaign. This is included from Standard up.
Can you migrate my automations, not just the list?
Yes. Mailchimp Customer Journeys don't transfer automatically. They have to be rebuilt as Klaviyo flows. Standard covers your two core flows; Premium covers the full e-commerce suite and each one is tested with a live test profile before handover.
Do you migrate from platforms other than Mailchimp?
Yes. Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Constant Contact, ConvertKit, Omnisend and others. The process is the same: audit → map → migrate → authenticate → verify.
What about my historical campaign data?
