Is my data safe?
Yes. The app runs entirely on your computer. Your invoices are never uploaded anywhere, and no paid AI service is used.
Can it read scanned invoices and photos?
Yes, using free Tesseract OCR, which you install once. Clear scans work well. Blurry or tilted ones may need corrections on the review screen.
3. How accurate is it?
It is good on common invoice layouts, but no extraction is perfect. Every result has a confidence score, and unclear ones are flagged “Needs Review” so you can fix them before exporting.
Do I need to install Python?
No. You get a ready-to-run Windows app (.exe). Only scanned files need Tesseract installed.
Can you adapt it to my own invoice layouts?
