FAQ
Do I need a paid Salesforce plan?
Flows, Path and some objects depend on the edition. Starter plans are limited. Professional and above fit these packages better. I will check before we start. You pay Salesforce directly.
Can you import my data or switch CRMs?
Standard and Premium include a clean CSV import, up to the row cap in that package. Heavy cleanup or a full move from another CRM is a custom offer.
Can we work in Hebrew?
Yes. I am a native Hebrew speaker and fluent in English. We can talk in either language, and labels can be Hebrew where your org supports it.
How do you access my org, and who owns it?
You add me as a user. I never need your password. I build in your org, you own everything I create, and you can deactivate my user after delivery.
Which package should I choose for my business?
Basic is a quick starter setup. Standard is a full CRM or workflow you run daily. Premium is a larger system with more automations, dashboards and 7 days of support. Not sure? Message me your tools and goals and I'll recommend one before you order.
What happens after I place the order?
You'll get a short kickoff message asking for access and your must-haves. I build on your account, send a walkthrough when it's ready, and use the included revisions for tweaks. Everything stays inside Fiverr so your order is protected.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change to something already built in the package, like fields, views, wording or a flow tweak. New tables, extra automations or new apps are a custom offer or upgrade. I'll tell you before starting if something is outside the package.
Can you work on a free Developer or Trailhead org?
Yes for demo and learning orgs. For a live company org, create a user for me with the right permissions. I never change billing and you keep full ownership. Tell me in the requirements if it's a sandbox, Developer edition or production.
