FAQ
Do I get the script itself, or only the result?
The script and its config file come with every package, including Basic. You own it, you can read it, you can change it. I sell tools you keep, not one-off runs.
Will I need to pay for Zapier, Make or any subscription?
No. This is a Python script that runs on your own machine or server. There is no platform in the middle and no monthly fee, now or later. That is the main reason people choose a script over a no-code tool.
What if the website or file format changes and it stops working?
Every package includes one free fix within 14 days if it breaks on the same target. Beyond that you can add 30 days of fixes as an extra, or just message me - most changes are a small edit to the config file you already have.
Can you automate a site that needs a login?
Yes, if you have valid credentials and it is your own account or you have permission. Message me first with the site so I can check what it involves before you order.
Where does it run - my computer or a server?
Wherever you want. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. I include a ready-made cron or Task Scheduler entry so it can run on a schedule, and I can deploy it on your server as an extra.
What if the automation deletes or overwrites something important?
It cannot, by design. Every package has a dry run mode that shows exactly what will happen before anything changes, and removals are moved rather than erased, so they stay recoverable. This is how my own public toolkit works.
Are my credentials and data safe?
Credentials are never hardcoded and never stored in the script. Your files are not shared or reused and are deleted on request once the order closes. Send an NDA before ordering and I will sign it first.
How do I know it will keep working after you deliver?
You get a test you can run yourself to check it still works, a log of every run, and an alert by email or Telegram the moment a run fails. Silence means it worked.
What can you NOT automate?
Mobile apps, desktop games, and anything that requires defeating a CAPTCHA or a site's anti-bot protection. If a site actively blocks automation, I will tell you before you order rather than take the money and fail.
How do we communicate during the order?
Everything in writing, inside Fiverr. I confirm the exact scope in a message before I start, so we both have a record to check later. For handover you get a recorded walkthrough video you can replay any time, plus a written guide - fewer misunderstandings than a call nobody wrote down.
