What do you need from me to start?
A short description of the task, 3-5 real examples (emails, files or records), the tools involved (for example your email, Slack, CRM or database) and test access or API keys. I confirm the plan with you before I start.
What counts as an "API" and an "action"?
An API is one outside service the agent connects to, such as your CRM, Shopify or your own database. An action is one step it performs, like reading an email, creating a record or sending a Slack message. Need more? Add them as extras.
Which AI model do you use, and who pays for it?
OpenAI by default, or any OpenAI-compatible model, including local Llama or Mistral models. You use your own API key, so usage is billed to your account. I estimate the monthly AI cost before we start.
Is this built with n8n, Zapier or Make?
No. I write custom Python code that you own, with no per-task platform fees. If you already use n8n or Zapier, the agent can still connect to your flows through webhooks.
Can the AI make mistakes? How do you keep it safe?
AI can be wrong, so I add checks: answers must match a fixed format, risky steps (sending emails, refunds, deleting data) wait for human approval, and every run is logged so you can see what the agent did and why.
Where does the agent run?
On your Linux server or cloud account, at set times or on each new event. Premium includes the setup. For Basic and Standard, add Server Setup & Docs, or I hand over the code with a guide so your team can run it.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Every package includes the full Python source code, a README with setup steps and the prompts the agent uses, so you own everything and are never locked in.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions. For ongoing tweaks, add 30 Days Support (bug fixes, prompt tuning and a recorded video walkthrough), or ask me about monthly maintenance.
What else can you add to my agent?
As a custom offer: a backup AI model, PostgreSQL storage for results, a webhook or REST API endpoint, alerts in Telegram, Discord or Teams, an AI usage and cost report, and monthly maintenance. Message me with what you need.
Do you offer calls?
I work through Fiverr messages, which keeps every decision in writing. For complex workflows I send a short recorded video instead of a call, so you can watch it any time.
