At Khosa Law Chamber, I work on commercial, corporate and regulatory disputes, with a particular focus on contract-related issues arising in contentious matters. My work includes reviewing agreements and dispute-related documents, analyzing how contractual language affects the parties’ legal and commercial position, identifying weaknesses, ambiguity and interpretive issues in key clauses, and supporting litigation strategy through legal research, drafting and case analysis. This work has also given me exposure to complex legal and commercial negotiations, particularly where contractual language, interpretive position and risk allocation shape the parties’ bargaining strength. I also assist with legal memoranda, para-wise comments, statutory interpretation and procedural support in matters before courts and regulatory forums.

Legal Intern- Contract Review & Drafting Analysis-Haidermota & Co.

At Haidermota & Co., I worked on substantive commercial contract review and drafting analysis, with a particular focus on identifying ambiguity, weak drafting, poor clause structure and risk allocation issues. As part of this work, I carried out an in-depth legal and commercial review of an Agreement, closely analysing how clause wording affected legal effect, commercial exposure, and the parties’ intended rights and obligations. I identified problematic provisions and proposed clearer, stronger drafting to improve precision, enforceability and overall contractual strength. I also supported related corporate and regulatory research on governance, compliance and investment-related legal issues.
