If the package says something like "2 Day Delivery," it may be wrong; it's just additional time for me to make it, in case I get busy. I am a game developer who's been working on many games. FAQ
What applications do you use?
I use Adobe's Substance Painter, but if really needed, I'll use Substance Designer as well.
Do I need to send you the model file?
If the UV is not unwrapped or not mapped, or if there are any issues when importing the model, then yes, you can. I can fix it for you, just some clicks, it would be nice if you send it as a .blend file, but I guess .c4d could work as well.
