My background is chemical engineering, so I think in processes and flows, not just scripts. My flagship build is a live Excel dashboard system that rebuilds a full workbook from raw CSVs in about 20 seconds, using native Excel formulas instead of static pasted values, so it stays fully editable and never breaks, even as the underlying data keeps changing. A second layer keeps everything synced automatically.
I also work with SQL and NoSQL sources, and I'm adding an AI layer on top of these systems so data can be queried in plain language instead of through a fixed report.

What format should my data be in?

Do you need access to my live systems or database?
Not usually. Most projects work fine from a sample export or a read-only copy. If live access is genuinely needed, we'll scope that separately with clear boundaries first.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your data is used only for the project and isn't stored, reused, or shared afterward. Happy to sign an NDA if your project requires one.
Can you handle ongoing maintenance, not just a one-time build?
Yes, once the initial delivery is done we can set up a separate recurring arrangement if you want it kept maintained or extended over time.
What if I need something outside CSV/SQL/NoSQL, like a PDF or API?
Message me with what you're working with before ordering. If it's outside scope, I'll say so upfront rather than after you've paid.
Does this work if I don't use Windows or Excel?
The live Excel dashboard piece requires Windows and Excel installed, since it uses native Excel automation. That said, I can work with other dashboard platforms too — send me what you're using and we'll talk through what's possible.
