I help early-stage SaaS startups and founders design MVPs that clearly communicate value, convert users, and support fundraising. Over the past several years, I’ve worked hands-on with 30+ early-stage startups and MVPs, helping founders move from early ideas to usable, functional, and demo-ready products that users can actually understand and engage with. Many of these products were built under tight timelines and constraints, where clarity and prioritization mattered more than feature volume. What I’ve consistently seen is the same pattern repeat: most early-stage products don’t fail because of weak technology or bad ideas; they fail because the product value isn’t clear. Users don’t grasp the value quickly, and investors struggle to see how the product turns into a business. That’s where my work focuses. I partner closely with founders during the most critical phase, pre-seed to seed, when clarity, speed, and decision-making matter more than scale. My role is to help founders define the right MVP scope, design core user journeys, and shape onboarding and demos that clearly communicate why the product matters. My background spans product design, UX strategy, and MVP execution, which allows me to bridge business goals with real user behavior. Instead of chasing features or surface-level polish, I focus on reducing product risk, avoiding overbuilding, and designing experiences that support conversion and fundraising conversations. Several of the products I’ve worked on have gone on to secure early traction, raise funding, or evolve into revenue-generating SaaS businesses. While outcomes vary by startup, my goal is always the same: help founders build MVPs that are clear, credible, and ready for the next stage. If you’re building an early-stage SaaS product and need a clearer, more convincing MVP, one that users understand and investors believe in, I can help you get there faster, with focus and intent.
