No. We start with your current process and desired outcome. I recommend an appropriate implementation approach and document what your team needs to operate.
Can you use my existing folders, boards, forms, and templates?
Usually, yes. I first confirm that the required structure can be created or updated through supported integrations. Major redesign or data cleanup may require additional scope.
Will emails or messages be sent automatically?
They can be prepared for human review or sent automatically. Automatic sending is enabled only after successful testing and your approval.
Do you need my password or verification code?
No. You keep control of your accounts and approve supported connections through official authorization methods. Never send passwords or one-time codes.
Are platform fees and every type of integration included?
No. Paid app plans, automation hosting, AI usage, email or messaging fees, and other third-party charges remain the client’s responsibility. Private APIs, large migrations, ongoing monitoring, and out-of-scope features require a separate quote.
