A founder approached me to build the backend system for Carvi Verify, a service that helps contractors and small businesses avoid missing important deadlines such as license renewals, insurance expirations, and permit renewals. The goal was to launch a reliable V1 using only no code tools, without building a custom application. The system needed to track deadlines, send automated reminders, and keep proof logs because the business offers a reminder guarantee. I built the system using Airtable, Make.com, Twilio, Stripe, and Tally. First, I created a client onboarding form to collect business information, contact details, deadline types, due dates, reminder preferences, SMS consent, and optional file uploads. Submissions automatically populate the Airtable database. The Airtable base was structured with three main tables, Clients, Deadlines, and Reminder Log, to track each client, their deadlines, reminder schedules, and all notifications. Using Make.com, I built automations that run daily and check upcoming deadlines. The system sends reminders 60 days, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, 3 days, 1 day before the deadline, and on the due date, via SMS and email. Every reminder is logged in Airtable with timestamps and delivery details. Clients can reply with DONE, PENDING, or HELP. The system updates the status and logs the response automatically. I integrated Stripe for the 99 dollars per month subscription, ensuring only active clients receive reminders. The final system automatically tracks deadlines, sends reminders, logs every notification for proof, and allows clients to update their status by replying to messages. A Loom walkthrough was provided to show how to manage clients, update deadlines, and review reminder logs.

Building a Full Social Media Automation System for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

A client approached me with a plug and play blueprint for an automated content scraper using Apify, Make.com, OpenAI, and Airtable. The system was mostly built, but they did not have the time or experience to set it up and ensure it worked perfectly. I imported their pre built scenarios into Make.com, connected all apps, mapped fields correctly, and ran comprehensive tests. The system scrapes top performing videos, extracts transcripts, generates new scripts in the client’s brand voice, and stores everything efficiently in Airtable and Google Drive. I also ensured automated notifications and workflow logs were accurate and reliable. The client was impressed with the first setup and returned with a new idea: duplicating the system for Instagram and YouTube while adding a weekly Google Doc update system. I structured these extensions to use the same Airtable base while tagging data by platform, maintaining a unified workflow, and adjusted triggers to ensure automations run smoothly without errors. Throughout the project, I handled complex challenges including actor limits on Apify, different scraping requirements per platform, and precise field mapping. I provided clear Loom walkthroughs, explained errors such as occasional 400 responses, and guided the client on connecting their Google Drive and API keys. The client completed two orders with me, praising my expertise, attention to detail, and ability to take existing blueprints and turn them into fully functioning, scalable automation systems. The final system now reliably scrapes, processes, and organises social media content across multiple platforms, saving the client hours of manual work, enabling consistent brand voice output, and providing a workflow that is easy to maintain and expand for future projects.
