FAQ
Will my PowerPoint be fully editable?
Yes. Every text, shape, icon and chart is rebuilt as a real PowerPoint object you can edit, move and recolor. I never place flattened screenshots on slides. Photos stay as images, of course.
What if an effect from Figma or Canva doesn’t exist in PowerPoint?
A few effects, such as some blurs, gradients and variable fonts, can’t be copied exactly. I match them as closely as possible with native PowerPoint tools and tell you before delivery if anything differs. Complex animations are an extra.
Do you set up the slide master (Folienmaster) and a template?
Yes. Standard sets up your colors, fonts and logo in the slide master. Premium adds a full master with 5 to 8 layouts and a reusable .potx template. I can also proof text in German or English, including umlauts and ß.
Which fonts do I need to send?
Send your brand fonts, or the font files if they are paid or custom. Without them PowerPoint swaps in a different font and the layout shifts. If you have none, I’ll suggest free matching fonts and confirm with you first.
Which files can I send, and what do I receive?
Send a Figma, Canva or Gamma link, an Illustrator (.ai) file, a PDF or a PPTX. You receive PPTX or POTX plus a PDF. Google Slides, JPG, PNG or MP4 are available on request.
Is my file kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only to complete your order and are not shared. I don’t upload your content into other AI tools. If you need an NDA, message me before ordering
How long does it take, and how many revisions do I get?
Delivery is 2 to 5 days depending on the package, with 1 to 3 revisions included. For decks over the package slide limit or with many complex graphics, message me for a custom offer. 24-hour delivery is available as an extra.
