Need your products organized into the right categories?
I will categorize up to 100 text-based ecommerce products using your existing category list.
Included:
- One fixed taxonomy with up to 2 levels and 100 leaf categories
- A CSV with your original product IDs and assigned categories
- Unclear items flagged for your input
- Category counts and a brief note on the agreed rules
- 2-day delivery and 1 revision within the agreed scope
I use AI-assisted processing through OpenRouter and a third-party model provider, followed by manual review of flagged items and category-based samples. Your permission is required before API processing.
Please contact me before ordering with 20 sample products, category definitions, and the language used. Supply a CSV with unique IDs, titles, and descriptions, up to 2,000 characters per product.
Only share data you are authorized to provide, with personal and confidential information removed.
No scraping, image labeling, store access, product uploads, or regulated-product classification. New data or category changes require a separate quote.

What do I need to provide?
Please provide a CSV with unique product IDs, titles and descriptions, plus your fixed category list and category definitions. Contact me with 20 sample products before ordering so we can agree on the rules.
What happens if a product is unclear or does not fit a category?
I flag it for your clarification instead of forcing a category. Unresolved items remain clearly marked in the delivered CSV. Please confirm that this is acceptable before ordering.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision covers classification corrections for the original 100 products under the agreed category rules. Additional products, a new taxonomy or changed classification rules require a separate quote.
