What does your bug report include?
Bug ID, title, severity, environment, numbered steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, an annotated screenshot or screen recording, and a suggested fix for each issue.
Do you test e-commerce and SaaS websites?
Yes. I test e-commerce, SaaS, booking, education, healthcare and business websites, including cart, checkout, payment gateway, subscription, dashboard and admin panel flows.
Do you write test cases as well as the bug report?
Yes. Standard and Premium include documented test cases with steps, test data and expected results, delivered in Excel or Google Sheets and ready to import into Jira or TestRail
Do you test the website speed and performance?
Premium includes performance and load checks along with regression testing, so you get page speed findings and stability issues alongside the functional bug report
What do you need from me to start the QA testing?
Your website URL, and login details for a test account if pages sit behind a sign in. If you have a feature list, staging link or requirement doc, send that too, but it is not required
How long does website testing take and do I get revisions?*
Delivery is 2 to 5 days depending on the package, and every order includes revisions. Need it faster? Message me before ordering and I will confirm an express delivery date
Will you retest after my developers fix the bugs?
Yes. Retesting the reported bugs is included in your revisions, so you get written confirmation of what is fixed and what still fails before you go live
