What if a tester drops out during the 14 days?
I replace them for free so you stay above the minimum. This is why I recommend the 20 testers package as a safe buffer.
Do you guarantee Google will approve my app?
No one can guarantee that, because Google makes the final decision. I guarantee that your closed test meets the 12 tester, 14 day requirement with real, active testers.
