I design high power LED PCB layouts and metal core PCB (MCPCB) boards with careful component placement, copper routing, board outlines, mounting details, and thermal aware planning.

I work from your LED datasheet, schematic or reference design, electrical requirements, and board dimensions.
Thermal planning considers substrate, LED placement, power density, and heatsinking; it does not replace simulation or physical testing by itself.
Depending on your package, deliverables include PCB layout and may include Gerber files, NC drill files, PDF drawings, and editable source files.

Yes. I provide aluminum MCPCB layouts with thermal aware component placement and routing. The design considers LED positioning, board material, power density, and heatsink constraints. Thermal simulation and physical testing are not included.
Will I receive manufacturing ready Gerber files?
Yes, where included in your selected package. Deliverables can include Gerber fabrication files and NC drill files, with PDF drawings and editable source files according to the package. Please confirm any special requirements from your PCB manufacturer before ordering.
What information do you need to start my LED PCB project?
Please provide the LED part number or datasheet, LED quantity and ratings, supply voltage and current, required board dimensions, substrate preference, mounting holes, connector locations, and heatsink constraints. Reference files or an existing layout are helpful when available.
Do you include LED driver circuits, schematics, or BOMs?
