REVISION POLICY
You must request revision within 3 days of delivery, or your order will be marked complete automatically. Once that happens, any further work requires a new order (and incurs a fee.)
Why do I need to contact you for projects of over 1000 words?
For several reasons. 1. I want to make sure you get the best voiceover for your project so it's best to contact me to make sure that I am available and can complete your project on time. 2. My rates change for larger projects and you will need a custom quote for your project.
Whats included in the standard revision?
The first free revision includes any editing errors. If you need to make a script revision or would like a different style/tone for the full audio, a charge will incur dependent on word length/technical requirements. Second revisions with new issues incur a fee.
PRONUNCIATION POLICY
The revision includes editing errors--it does not include script changes or tonal re-records. Tricky pronunciations/company names/technical words/foreign words require a SPECIFIC sound guide. If this is not provided and I guess the pronunciation incorrectly, a fee will incur.
Can I have my order now? Is my order ready? Can you respond to me right away?
You are welcome to order/add "Fast Delivery" if you need your order faster than the standard expected turnaround (24h.) Otherwise, please trust I will get it to you ASAP. If I don't reply promptly, I'm either in the middle of a large order, or due to the time difference, I'm asleep.
Which license do I need?
Fiverr has two types of licenses: Commercial Rights (CR) and Full Broadcast Rights (FBR). In most cases, a CR license is all that is needed unless you are publishing on TV, radio, cinema or other paid marketing channels.
