As an End-to-End Producer at Replai, I own the full 3D video production pipeline, taking projects from a one-line brief to the final MP4. • Develop creative concepts, sketches, storyboards, and production breakdowns. • Build optimized scenes and animations in Blender, with character work in Maya. • Create RBD, Vellum, and Pyro simulations in Houdini and manage rendering and EXR workflows. • Handle compositing, VFX, sound effects, and final editing in After Effects. • Review and refine each video to ensure creative consistency and technical quality. The role combines creative ownership with hands-on execution across every stage of production in a fast-paced environment.
