Can I keep using the bot number in my WhatsApp app?
No. The number is used by the official WhatsApp API, so it can't be active in the phone app at the same time. You reply from the web inbox instead.
Do I pay a monthly fee?
No subscription to me. Replies to customers on WhatsApp and the Gemini free tier cost nothing. Very busy stores may need a cheap paid Gemini plan. The bot runs on your own PC or VPS.
Does it work with my delivery company?
Yes, if your delivery company has an API. I can connect it so the bot creates the parcel and sends tracking to your customer automatically. This is custom work, quoted separately: message me first.
Which languages does the bot speak?
Any language. The bot replies in the language your customer writes in (Arabic, Darija, French, English, Spanish...), and I set its tone to match your store.
