What if I need more work after delivery?
Message me anytime. Issues inside the original scope are covered by your revisions. New pages or new content can be quoted separately.
What if you need more time than the delivery date?
Delivery times are listed on each package. If your site is large or complex, I will tell you before you order so there are no surprises.
Is my login and site data kept private?
Your access details and site data are used only for your project. I suggest a temporary account that you remove after delivery.
What counts as a page?
Each package covers a set number of pages. Fixing shared parts like the header or footer helps every page that uses them. More pages can be added with an add-on.
Could the fixes break my website?
I make careful, targeted changes and check the pages afterward. A backup keeps you covered. Some problems come from a theme or plugin and may need their developer.
Do you need access to my WordPress admin?
For fix packages, yes. A temporary admin account works well, and you can delete it when we finish. Please take a full backup before I start.
Which WCAG version and level do you use?
