What do you need from me to get started?
I will need your website goals, written content, logo, brand colors, images and examples you like. Hosting or WordPress access may be needed later when the site is ready to launch.
Are domain registration and hosting included?
No. You will need to purchase your domain and hosting separately. I can help you connect them and publish the finished website if you provide the necessary access.
Do I need to provide the website content?
Yes. You will provide the final text, images and branding for your website. If you need help organizing or refining your content, message me before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every package includes responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. Your website will be built in WordPress, so you can update text, images, blog posts and other content without editing code.
How will you build and launch my website?
I usually build your website in a private development environment first. Once you approve the finished site, I will migrate it to your WordPress hosting. Depending on your hosting setup, I may use a staging site or work directly within your existing WordPress installation.
Are premium themes or plugins included?
Free themes and plugins can be used when appropriate. If your website requires a paid theme, plugin or third-party service, you will need to purchase the required license.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the design or content already included in the original order. New pages, major layout changes or additional functionality may require an extra charge.
Do you build online stores or custom functionality?
E-commerce, payment systems, booking tools, advanced integrations and custom functionality are not included unless stated in your package. Message me before ordering if your website needs any of these features.
