I guarantee a professional investigation, evidence-based findings, and clear next steps. I will apply a safe fix when technically possible, but a repair cannot be guaranteed before the cause, access, and condition of the system are known.
What counts as one issue?
One issue means one primary symptom or outcome—for example, an Nginx 502 error, a Docker container that will not start, or high disk usage. Unrelated problems require additional hours or a separate order.
Do I need to provide my root password?
Not necessarily. Screen sharing or a temporary restricted SSH account is preferred. Never send credentials before placing an order. Temporary credentials should be revoked or rotated when the work is complete.
Which Linux distributions do you support?
I primarily support Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux. Contact me before ordering if you use another distribution.
Can you work on a production server?
Yes, after we confirm authorization, available backups, rollback options, and acceptable risk. Potentially destructive changes will not be made without explicit agreement.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers clarification or correction of the delivered diagnosis and written summary. It does not include troubleshooting a new or unrelated issue.
When are you available?
