Can I get my delivery within 2 Hours?
You need to communicate first to agree on the delivery time and evaluate the image. See if a 2 Hours delivery is possible due to its complexity, or agree on the delivery time.
Is it necessary to know the Font Style used in the file?
It is recommended to mention the Font used in the logo/image (if any) while ordering. However, if the font is not known will try to trace it, and is too complex to trace, I will use a similar font.
What is the format of output file?
Any format you want. Usually I deliver files in following formats: Vector (AI-EPS-PDF-SVG) BITMAP (PNG, JPG)
What is vector format?
Vector formats are high-resolution versions of your logo. No matter how much you zoom it, It won't get pixelated and they are based on geometric figures and mathematical calculations. AI,SVG,EPS,PDF are vector format.
How many corrections can I make?
The ones you need as long as they are part of the same agreed work (vectorization - logo editing - vector outline)
Can I vectorize what I want?
Yes and no. Communicate first and send what you have in mind. Each image has a certain level of complexity and the initial quality influences a lot to see the details that it has.
