How are pricing, delivery time and revisions determined?
These depend on the enclosure’s complexity, manufacturing method and required deliverables. Message me before ordering so we can agree on the project scope, price, delivery time and included revisions.
What do you need to start my PCB enclosure design?
Please share your PCB STEP file or dimensioned drawings, component heights and positions, connector locations, preferred enclosure size, manufacturing method and intended environment. Include your target IP rating, if applicable.
Can you design an enclosure without a PCB STEP file?
Yes. I can work from dimensioned drawings or clear photos with accurate measurements. I’ll need the board outline, mounting-hole positions, component heights and connector locations. I’ll review your information before confirming the order.
Can you design waterproof or IP-rated enclosures?
I can design gasket grooves, sealing surfaces and fastening features around your target IP rating. The final rating must be verified by testing the manufactured enclosure; design files alone do not establish an IP rating.
Does this gig include PCB circuit design?
This gig focuses on the mechanical case and enclosure around your PCB. Electronic schematics and PCB layout design are outside this gig’s scope. Please provide your board dimensions and component details so I can design the housing around them.
