How is the chatbot "trained" on my data?
Your documents are processed and stored in a secure database. When a user asks something, the chatbot finds the most relevant parts of your data and answers only from them. If the answer isn't in your data, it politely says so.
Do I need my own API key? Who pays for AI usage?
Yes, you use your own OpenAI, Gemini or Claude account, so you own it fully. AI usage is billed by the provider to you, and I optimize the setup to keep that cost as low as possible.
Is my API key and data safe?
Yes. Your API key stays on a secure backend Firebase never inside the app, so nobody can extract it from the APK.
Can I update the chatbot's data later?
Yes. In the Premium package I give you a simple guide to add or update documents yourself without touching the code.
