FAQ
How do we start working together?
Please send me a message first! Every project is unique, and a brief chat helps us ensure we're aligned on your vision and goals. This avoids any confusion later on. However, if you're sure about your requirements, scope, and deliverables, feel free to place an order directly!
What if I need a different number of screens or only have a basic idea?
No problem at all! Whether you need a different screen count or are starting with just a basic concept, please send me a message. We can discuss your project specifics, define the scope together, and determine the ideal approach. Afterward, I'll create a custom offer tailored perfectly for you.
What exactly counts as a "screen"?
A single screen applies to a standard mobile device view. Exceptionally long, scrolling dashboards or infinitely scrolling feeds may be counted as multiple screens based on complexity. If you are unsure, send me your requirements for a custom quote.
How does the revision process work?
To keep the project moving efficiently, packages include set revision rounds (2 to 4). A "revision" covers adjustments to the design (colors, typography, spacing). It does not cover designing entirely new screens or changing the core concept after the initial design is approved.
What exactly will I receive in deliverables?
Pixel-perfect UI Mockups, Developer-Ready Figma file, Basic Figma Style System (colors/fonts/icons), Clickable Prototype (Standard/Premium packages only), and Unlimited Revisions until you're 100% satisfied.
What if I don't have a Logo, Brand Guidelines, or other requirements?
No problem! If you need a Logo/Brand Guidelines, simply add that service via the 'Gig Extras' when ordering. If you're missing other details like a full brief or examples, just message me with your core app idea. We can collaborate to define the scope and requirements together.
What if I just need app screenshots for the app stores publishing?
Yes! If you only need high-conversion screenshots designed specifically for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store as per their guidelines, please send me a message. I'll create a custom offer tailored just for that service.
What design software do you use?
My primary design tool is Figma, ensuring seamless collaboration and developer handoff. I am also proficient with Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard tools if your project requires different software. Please let me know.
Will I own the copyright to the design?
Upon final delivery and order completion, full copyright ownership transfers entirely to you. I reserve the right to display a few previews (not revealing the idea or concept) in my professional portfolio. I am open to signing an NDA if the project requires strict confidentiality.
Do you offer Development/Coding services?
This Gig is for UI/UX Design only. I partner with great development teams, so if you need both design & development, please message me to discuss a custom offer for the complete process.
