About this gig
Turn your 2D plans into a clear, organized 3D architectural model in Autodesk Revit.
I will model your building from complete, dimensioned PDF or CAD drawings, including walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows and stairs.
Choose your package:
- BASIC: Up to 50 sqm, 1 floor, RVT file and 2 basic 3D views.
- STANDARD: Up to 120 sqm, 2 floors, RVT file, 3 basic 3D views and floor plans in PDF.
- PREMIUM: Up to 250 sqm, 3 floors, RVT file, 4 basic 3D views, floor plans, 2 sections and 4 elevations in PDF.
Area limits refer to the total floor area across all levels.
Please provide floor plans, dimensions, heights, and sections or elevations. We will confirm the Revit version before starting.

What do you need to start my project?
Please provide complete, dimensioned floor plans in PDF or DWG, floor heights, and sections or elevations showing the building's geometry. Include your required Revit version and desired deliverables. If any information is missing, please contact me before ordering.
How is the project area calculated?
The area is the total floor area across all levels, not just the building footprint. For example, two floors of 60 sqm each equal 120 sqm. Both the area limit and the maximum number of floors in your package apply.
Will I receive the editable Revit file?
Yes. Every package includes the editable RVT file and the basic 3D views listed in the package. PDF drawings depend on the selected package. Please confirm your required Revit version with me before ordering.

A revision is one consolidated round of minor adjustments within the agreed scope. It does not include a new design, additional floors, increased area, or changes to the original reference drawings. What do the environment and furniture extras include?
The environment extra covers a simple immediate setting with an access path, sidewalk, and flat ground, without complex terrain or landscape design. The furniture and people extra covers up to 5 rooms using library furniture and reference human figures. Custom furniture modeling is not included.
What if my project exceeds the package limits?
Please contact me with your drawings for a custom quote. The additional 25 sqm extra covers up to 25 sqm within the same project, with the same level of detail and deliverables as your package.
