What I fix:

FAQ
Which file types do you accept?
CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), and Google Sheets exports. I deliver in the same format you send.
How do you decide what counts as a duplicate?
The same email address, or the same name and phone number when there's no valid email. The report lists every merge, so you can check them.
What if a value is missing or wrong, like an email?
I don't invent data. Those rows go into the "needs review" file so you can decide.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI-assisted tools and scripts with fixed rules, and I check every delivery against your file before sending.
What data won't you take?
Medical records, bank or card numbers, Social Security or SIN numbers, and passwords. Your file is deleted 30 days after delivery.
