FAQ
What do you need to get started?
First contact me, explain your problem in details. Then i will suggest the most suitable package for your situation, or make you a custom offer.
Are plugin updates and PHP core update included in the packages?
Only in the Premium package. Updating plugins in some specific cases could cause various errors on your website, it is the same about PHP update.
Can you explain your packages in details?
Sure, if anything is not clear or you have any kind of questions, contact me i'll be happy to answer them.
What if after the clean up process the malware/hack is back again?
That happens almost never! It can happen only in a case where the website is made with malicious/cracked/nulled plugins or themes, in that case your website is far from secure for you and for your customers also! Always make sure you are purchasing them legally.
What if all of the plugins or themes are purchased legally, but the malware is back again?
I do stand behind my work, and i will clean it up again. In some cases this is usually done from the server side of your hosting provider, especially on unsecured shared hosting deals. I would suggest switching to a new trusted hosting that offers some sort of security!
What if i am using VPS or Dedicated Server ?
In that case i will need to do a full audit on the server, and give you a quote if anything needs to be done there, and then clean up your website!
I am not a technical person, can you manage my website security ?
You can relax and attend to your business, anything related to the security and maintenance of your website will be done by me. Contact me for an offer!
