A: I can't guarantee every issue can be repaired remotely. I will troubleshoot the problem, identify likely causes, and work toward a solution within the time included in your package. Hardware failures or issues involving third-party services may require additional support.
Q: What should I send you before we begin?
A: Please describe the problem, when it started, any error messages you see, your version of Windows, and what you've already tried. Screenshots are helpful when available.
Q: Do you provide remote support?
A: Yes, when appropriate for the issue. Some problems can also be diagnosed through screenshots, error messages, and step-by-step troubleshooting.
Q: Do you repair physical computer hardware?
A: No. This Gig focuses on Windows and software troubleshooting. I can help identify signs of a possible hardware problem, but physical repairs or replacement parts are not included.
