Need data out of PDFs and into a spreadsheet you can actually use?
I extract data from invoices, receipts, supplier catalogues, price lists, parts lists and PDF reports into clean Excel, Google Sheets or CSV files, in exactly the columns you need.
What makes my work different:
- Every number is checked against the source document. Nothing is guessed.
- Totals are cross-checked (line items vs. subtotal, net + tax = total).
- Anything that doesn't add up is flagged in a separate checks sheet, so you know exactly what to look at.
- Your files are processed on my own machine, not uploaded to a cloud AI service.

FAQ
What file types do you accept?
PDFs (text or scanned), Excel, Word and images. Scanned or photographed pages are fine too; send a sample first so I can confirm the quality is readable.
What do I get back?
An Excel, Google Sheets or CSV file in the columns you need, plus a checks sheet listing anything that didn't add up or couldn't be read clearly.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your files are processed on my own computer, not uploaded to any cloud AI service, and are deleted after delivery unless you ask me to keep them.
What counts as a page?
One side of a document. A 3-page invoice counts as 3 pages. For very dense pages (big tables, tiny print), message me first and I'll quote fairly.
Can I send a sample first?
