I fix and set up DNS records for small businesses, so your website loads, your emails reach the inbox and nothing goes down while I work. I'm an IT security professional and run mail and DNS for my own customers, so I plan every change first and switch over with little to no downtime.

Hi, I’m Jonas, an IT security engineer from Germany.
I’ve run my own Linux servers since 2017 and made it my career in 2019, qualifying as a state-certified software developer. Since then I’ve worked in IT infrastructure and security operations, and today I’m a SOC analyst protecting critical infrastructure.

How do you handle my sensitive login credentials?
I need temporary access to your domain registrar or DNS host. As a German professional, I adhere to strict data privacy standards. Credentials are kept confidential, used only for this task, and never stored longer than needed for the task. For maximum security, I prefer using delegated access.
What do you need from me?
Your domain, a short note on what isn't working, and access to where your DNS is managed. For email fixes, also tell me your mail provider, for example Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Is it safe to give you access to my DNS?
Yes. If your provider allows it, create a separate user for me. Otherwise change your password after delivery. I only touch the records we agreed on.
Will my website or email go down?
No. I check every existing record first, plan the change with a way back, and switch when nothing breaks. You get a list of everything I changed.
How fast do the changes work?
Most are live within minutes to a few hours. Some networks cache old records for up to 48 hours. I tell you what to expect and check it again after the switch.
My emails land in spam. Which package do I need?
Inbox-ready email. It sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC and tests them. Not sure? Send me your domain and I'll check it before you order.
Which DNS providers do you work with?
Any provider with a web panel or API, for example Cloudflare, IONOS, Strato, Hetzner, Netcup, GoDaddy and Namecheap.
