✅ How do I get started?
Easy! When you create an order, you will see different questions. Answer them, submit and you are good to go!
✅ What are vector files? Why should I have it?
Vector files aka AI are editable files which can easily be resized to any size it needs to be WITHOUT loss of quality. So, if you want more than a piece of paper, you NEED this.
✅ What files do I get?
Once your design is finalized. You will get editable source files in Ai along with high DPI PDF, Jpeg and PNG file which you can forward to your printing company for pixel-perfect printing.
✅ Should i provide all the images?
Yes and no. You can provide the images you want to incorporate on your packaging box design/label design. For instance; logo and your product images. If you want to incorporate stock images - you can either provide us with those or direct us on what type of stock images you require in your design.
✅ Can i design Amazon Product Labels?
Yes i do designs for amazon marketplace as well. alot of products (designed by me) are listed on amazon. I am totally aware of all amazon standards.
✅ Can you do Box Packaging?
Yes i can design box packaging too. Please check gig extras and inbox me the detail of your box and Die-line if possible.
✅ What if my order is Automatically Completed?
Don't worry its normal you can just contact me if you still have revisions and I will get back to you ASAP.
