IT Profession with over 20 years experience at different levels in IT organizations spanning myriad devices, operating systems and functions. What took me a career to figure out is that technology is technology. It's all the same. There are different processes, protocols, syntax, formats, etc...but it all comes down to the correct configuration of an application, device, or environment.

I believe in transparency. I will not accept a project if I'm not confident that I will be able to meet the requirements and expectations. I welcome any technical query, and will gladly point you in the right direction, if I'm not the best person for the job.
