FAQ
What do you mean by 'High CTR' and how do your thumbnails ensure it?
CTR (Click-Through Rate) is the percentage of people who click on your video when they see its thumbnail. My designs focus on using bold, readable text, emotional facial expressions, and high-contrast color palettes, which are all proven strategies to maximize viewer curiosity and clicks.
What files will I receive upon delivery?
Answer: You will receive the final thumbnail in JPG/PNG format in the high resolution (1920x1080px), which is YouTube's standard recommendation. The Source File (PSD or AI) is included only in the Premium Package, or it can be purchased as an Add-on for Standard/Basic packages.
