Send me your production, downtime, or scrap data I'll analyze it and deliver a report identifying where your process is losing time and money, with a prioritized list of improvement opportunities you can act on. If your data is structured well enough, I can also build a production dashboard (OEE, downtime, throughput trends) so your team can track performance going forward without needing an analyst on staff.

Deliverables: written findings report + prioritized action list, and/or a working dashboard built from your existing data (PowerBi or similar).
