MSCS evaluates one existing management system against one selected standard, certification scheme or applicable requirement set. The $100 package covers one site and one agreed reference; examples include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 13485, FSSC 22000, BRCGS and other sector or customer requirements.
We review your policies, procedures, forms, records and implementation evidence against the applicable clauses. You receive a requirement-by-requirement gap matrix, a summary of conforming practices and missing controls, and a prioritized action plan identifying documents to add or revise, evidence to collect and recommended owners.
Please provide the current system documents, process scope and available records. The assessment is remote and based on the evidence supplied; inaccessible activities or missing evidence are clearly identified. Implementation, training and independent audits are separate services.
MSCS supports implementation and audit readiness. Independent certification bodies make certification decisions.

Does the gap analysis include a certificate?
No. The deliverable is a documented gap review and prioritized action plan. MSCS can support implementation and audit readiness; only an independent certification body decides whether to issue certification.
What exactly will I receive?
A requirement-by-requirement gap matrix, evidence review, clear findings and a prioritized action plan. The report identifies documents or controls to revise or create and records to collect. It is delivered in an editable format.
