About this Gig

I will prepare a high-level construction tender programme and concise execution methodology based on the tender documents you provide.

Basic scope: up to 50 activities, project-specific WBS, sequence, engineering/procurement/construction interfaces, tender milestones, PDF programme, editable activity register and a methodology narrative of up to 3 pages. One revision within original scope. Delivery: 6 days after complete tender inputs.

Required inputs: current tender package and addenda, scope/BOQ, drawings, required milestones, submission deadline, access/logistics constraints, procurement lead times and available productivity/resource assumptions.

This service excludes bid submission on your behalf, commercial pricing, design calculations, regulatory certification, specialist lifting design, full HSE/QA systems and unsupported contractual commitments. Larger programmes or longer methodologies require a custom quotation.
