What do I need to provide?
I need a short description of your business and how it earns revenue, your key assumptions (growth, costs, pricing), and the model’s purpose. Existing financials or a current model help but aren’t required.
Is the model monthly or annual?
Packages are annual projections. If you need monthly detail, message me before ordering and I’ll send a custom offer.
How many revenue lines are included?
Up to 2 in Basic and up to 4 in Standard and Premium. More lines, or other added complexity, is a custom offer.
What does each upgrade add?
Standard adds a best/base/worst toggle that re-runs the whole model. Premium adds a loan schedule, DSCR tests, ratio analysis and a short written summary of what the numbers show.
Will this be an investor-ready model?
I build projections the way a lender reads them: linked statements, checks and documented assumptions. I don’t give valuation opinions, tax or legal advice, or promise a funding result.

Is my data confidential?
Yes. I use your files only to build the model, and I’m happy to agree to confidentiality terms through Fiverr’s chat before you share anything.
What do I receive?
An Excel file (.xlsx) with an assumptions page and a short handover summary. It also opens in Google Sheets, though some formatting may differ.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover changes to the delivered model, such as corrections and tweaks to existing assumptions. New revenue lines, extra scenarios or a different scope are handled as an extra or a custom offer.
How fast is delivery?
4, 6 or 10 days depending on the package. Extra fast delivery is available as an add-on. The clock starts once I have the information I need.
