Retainers reserve dedicated, exclusive calendar capacity for your firm. Hours do not roll over from month to month. However, unused hours in any week can be immediately directed toward secondary tasks such as material optimization testing, auditing older files, or pre-setting templates.
Will you ever contact my clients, architects, or builders directly?
