I am a preliminary modeler, not an accredited certifier. I handle the time-consuming HERO optimization to hit your 7-star target. You simply hand my completed .hro file to a local certifier for a quick, cheap final stamp—saving you their premium drafting fees!
What exactly will I receive at the end of the order?
You will receive the completed HERO (.hero) source files for all dwellings, along with a preliminary schedule outlining the exact insulation and glazing specifications required to achieve your 7-star rating.
What information do you need from me to start modeling?
I will need your architectural plans (Floor plans, Elevations, and Sections) in PDF format, the exact site location to determine the Climate Zone, and any specific materials you already know you want to use.
My project has more than 10 units. Can you handle it?
Absolutely. If you have a large apartment complex or extensive townhouse development, please message me directly with your plans. I will review the scope and send you a custom offer.
What happens if the architect changes the layout while you are modeling?
Minor specification tweaks can usually be accommodated! However, if there are major structural or layout changes to the floor plan after modeling has begun, an "Additional Revision" extra will need to be purchased to rebuild those thermal zones.
