Which platforms do you support?
I support WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom HTML websites. Not sure if your platform is supported? Message me before ordering.
What ads platform is included in the Standard and Premium package?
You can choose 1 ads platform — Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or TikTok Pixel. If you need more than one, you can add it via the gig extra or message me for a custom offer.
What is server-side tracking and do I need it?
Server-side tracking sends data from your server instead of the visitor's browser. This means more accurate data, better privacy compliance, and resistance to ad blockers. It's recommended if you run paid ads and want the most reliable conversion data possible.
Do I need a Stape.io or Google Cloud account for the Premium package?
Yes, server-side GTM requires a server to run on.
Will you test the tracking after setup?
Yes. Every setup is fully tested using GTM Preview mode and GA4 DebugView before delivery to make sure all tags and events are firing correctly.
What access do you need from me?
I'll need GA4 property access, GTM container access, and website admin access. For Premium, I'll also need access to your Stape.io or Google Cloud account.
What if something stops working after delivery?
All packages include 7-day post-delivery support. If anything breaks within that period, I'll fix it at no extra cost.
Can you fix my existing GA4 or GTM setup?
Yes. If you already have a setup that's broken or misconfigured, message me first with the details and I'll assess what needs to be fixed before you place an order.
