I provided an .stl file with a simple request to modify it. The file came back five times with the same errors. The designers' lack of understanding and attention to detail left me no other choice but to cancel the order.

Fantastic product in a timely manner. We had a couple of minor edits and refinements to do. Each refinement was turned around within a day each. About 3 days total to get the job to final delivery. Final product is great and awesome value for money.
