The experience has to feel modern and sleek from the first tap: clean screens, intuitive flows, bold typography, and a consistent visual language across phone, tablet, and desktop. Users should be able to search nearby cars, filter by class or price, view high-resolution photos, and finalise their reservation with secure in-app/on-site payment. Push notifications and email receipts will confirm each step.

For rental agencies, I require a portal to upload cars, set pricing, block out dates, and accept or decline bookings. A lightweight analytics view showing fleet utilisation and revenue would be ideal. A single backend API should drive all of this so data stays perfectly in sync between the apps and the website.
