Will this work on my specific cap/foam type?
Yes. Tell me the foam thickness and cap material and I'll adjust push angles, column width, and underlay to match, so the puff sits clean instead of flattening or gapping.
Is this hand-digitized or AI/auto-punched?
100% hand-digitized by me. Puff embroidery especially needs a human eye for push, pull, and column direction, software auto-punch alone tends to blur small text on foam.
Which file formats do you deliver?
DST, PES, JEF, XXX and VP3 come standard, plus a stitch-out preview image. Need a different machine format? Just message me, no extra charge.
