Which LLM will you use — GPT-4, Claude, or something else?
Your choice. I support OpenAI (GPT-3.5/4/4o), Anthropic (Claude 3), Mistral, and open-source models like LLaMA 3 or Gemma. I'll recommend the best fit for your budget and use case.
Will the chatbot work on my website?
Yes. In the Standard and Premium packages, I deliver an embeddable widget or a hosted web app you can link directly. I can also build a simple REST API if you want to plug it into your own frontend.
Is my data safe? Will it be sent to third parties?
Your data stays in the vector database we set up for you. If you prefer fully private, on-premise deployment using open-source models (no OpenAI), I can build that — just ask.
I'm not technical — will I be able to use and maintain it?
